# tidee

> tidee is a low-friction capture tool for tasks, todos and ideas. Say or type what is on your mind and tidee files it into boxes, with any dates set, to sort later. Web app at https://app.tidee.com, plus iOS and Android apps.

tidee has a hosted MCP server, so an AI assistant can add items to a tidee workspace, read boxes and items, and mark items done.

- MCP endpoint: https://app.tidee.com/mcp (streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration — no token to copy; the user approves the connection in their browser)
- Claude Code: `claude mcp add --scope user --transport http tidee https://app.tidee.com/mcp`, then `/mcp` to authenticate
- Claude (web and desktop): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, with the endpoint above
- MCP registry name: `com.tidee/tidee`
- Local stdio alternative: the npm package `tidee-mcp`, configured with a personal access token in `TIDEE_API_TOKEN`
